Went to have a photo of my deceased brother printed on canvas today. But didn't feel comfortable doing so here. The staff member at the photo both was very rude and disrespectful and couldn't even answer a few simple questions. I would not recommend this place for having memorial photos done if your expecting respectful and polite behaviour. I know the lady's name but will reframe from posting here... I will not be back at least not in her department.. The rest of the store I have never had an issue with and they always seem eager to help and are polite when they approach you.
Paula was great and helped me find what I needed her customer service was excellent.
Nice shop but not as cheap as they say. Today went in and asked price of item. Girl said not my Department and that was it. Never offered or ask anyone to attend to me. Very disappointing in this kind of service
Saw Tracy in the computer dept who hooked me up with exactly what I needed from the camera dept. All with a smile. Best customer service ever.
Looked at some beds and pillows with Charmaine Im pretty sure her name was. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She went out of her way to help me find a good quality pillow. The only thing I can fault was that they didnt have the one I liked in stock so will have to wait till back again or in Adelaide. Good clean well presented store overall. Surprised by range for country store in a positive way.
